Each Cornish Shepherd Hut is sold with the following as standard:
Durable and high quality finish Larch cladding
Handmade oak chassis with turntable front axel, all metal is galvanised
22inch cast iron wheels from our local foundry
Painted Douglas Fir wooden steps
Painted ledge & brace style kitchen
Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet ready to connect to supply and waste
Sliding Douglas Fir door to the bathroom
Electric panel heater
Electrical package to include 1 external light and 3 internal lights and two internal double sockets, ready to connect to supply
Stable door and two single windows with Georgian bar design, all handmade from hardwood.

We build every hut from scratch in our Cornish workshop, so you have the freedom to make your mark at any stage of the build. From sawn wood internal cladding, finished in your chosen paint brand and colour to a bespoke electrical package, with sockets and points where you need them, our huts can be fitted with any combination of features.
It takes between 6-8 weeks to complete your build. Please contact us for a viewing or to book your build today!

Order a Bespoke Timeless Space
Each Timeless Space Shepherd Hut or Bespoke Garden Room is made by hand in our Cornish workshop. It takes between 6-8 weeks to complete your build.
Bespoke projects are booked into the workshop when ordered.
We work with you to ensure layouts, colours and finishes are all just how you would like them before we begin. We also encourage you to enjoy a trip to our workshop whilst your Timeless Space is being built so you can meet our talented craftspeople and enjoy the process as much as we do!
We thoroughly enjoy bespoke projects and we look forward to any given challenge!
